Justin Holtzinger

I started IPECC after 25+ years in operational and technology leadership roles — running post-sales, professional services, and customer success organizations from inside enterprise SaaS, data infrastructure, and DevOps companies.

The pattern that pushed me to do this from the outside: businesses are being told they need AI, but most of the consulting market is selling either hype (a demo, a workshop, and a press release) or enterprise-style transformation work that’s wildly out of scale for the businesses I want to help. There’s a clear gap in the middle — practical guidance, practical implementation, real outcomes.

That’s what IPECC is. We help businesses figure out where AI actually fits, prioritize what’s worth doing, and implement solutions that integrate with how the business already runs.

Background

Senior post-sales, services, and revenue leadership across enterprise SaaS, data infrastructure, and DevOps tooling. Selected work:

  • Enterprise SaaS DevOps-to-AI market pivot — held revenue ownership across legacy and emerging AI-adjacent product lines through a category disruption, including unifying onboarding, customer success, and expansion into one workflow.
  • 0-to-1 customer success function at an enterprise SaaS company — chartered, built, and later led the combined CS and software engineering organization.
  • Global product launch services org — built a globally distributed services organization in six months, in time for general availability of a new platform.
  • Regional services turnaround — restored a regional professional services practice to growth (76% YoY in one quarter, 102% the next) with margin expansion.
  • Healthcare specialty practice build — stood up a professional services practice from scratch around a $100M+ annual product line.
